In today’s world, we are inundated with nutrition information that can distract and deter us from our innate wisdom in nourishing ourselves and our children.  In the ever-increasing complexities and pressure to nourish the ‘right way,' we can feel like we have to sacrifice connection for performance and are often left feeling discouraged, confused, and more disconnected than ever from true nourishment. Within this disconnect, there lives a powerful invitation—an opportunity—to forge a new path that resonates with our deepest desires for nourishing our families. I believe this path is informed by the deep knowing of the heart and through the practices of curiosity, compassion, and creativity we can nourish our children from a place of trust and wonder.

While my formal education includes Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nutrition, as well as credentialing as a Registered Dietitian for 18 years, my greatest training has come through navigating my own children’s multiple, severe food allergies and digestive issues, including my daughter’s years of being tube fed. In my practice, I also weave my additional training in herbalism, trauma, somatics, and certification as a mind body eating coach. I am profoundly grateful for my teachers, including my children and the families I’ve worked with, who have inspired and encouraged me on this journey. One of my great joys is to partner with families as they connect with their wild hearts in the kitchen and beyond!
